Does Tempry work inside Slack?

Yes - Tempry has a native Slack integration with a /tempry slash command, interactive Approve and Reject buttons on messages, automatic Slack status updates when someone goes on leave, and a daily standup digest. You can run your entire leave workflow without leaving Slack.

Where is our data, and is it safe?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell it, we don't share it, and we don't train AI on it.

We track everything in a spreadsheet. How do we move to Tempry?

Import your team in a couple of minutes - name, email, role. Set your policy once, and Tempry calculates balances forward from there using a double-entry ledger, so every balance change is paired and auditable. Most teams are set up in under an hour. If you get stuck, email us - we'll do it with you.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

A few days before it ends, you'll get a reminder email. If you do nothing, the trial just ends and your data sits there waiting - you won't be charged because we never asked for a card. To keep using Tempry, add a card and you'll switch to the paid plan ($1/user/month, billed monthly).

Can we cancel anytime? And can we get our data out if we leave?

Yes to both. One click to cancel in settings - no notice period, no exit fees, no 'schedule a call to cancel.' If you cancel mid-month you keep access until the end of the billing period. Email us before you leave - we'll make sure you get your data.

Do you support holidays in our country?

Public holidays by country are built in. Choose your country and they show up on every calendar automatically. You can also add custom company-wide holidays - 'office closed between Christmas and New Year,' that kind of thing. If your country isn't supported, tell us and we'll add it.

Why is Tempry cheaper than the alternatives?

Two reasons. First, we're a two-person team - there's no sales department, no marketing department, no executive layer to pay for. Second, we deliberately scoped Tempry to a few things done well - time off and performance reviews - instead of a sprawling HR platform with payroll, recruiting, and a dozen modules nobody asked for. We don't pretend to be everything, so we don't have to charge like it. Cheaper isn't a discount - it's the actual cost of building something focused.
